BOOKING POLICY
We always strive to do our best to meet your booking request. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online, by calling 020 7405 7779, or in person.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep the appointment that you have made, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. You can also make them by calling us on 020 7405 7779.
ENQUIRIES
We gladly accept email enquiries about all the services that we offer, and the hairdressers and product range as well. We always do our best to respond within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We do accept requests for a particular stylist.
DATA SECURITY
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures/reservations will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would love to send you occasionally details of open evenings and special promotions that would be interesting for you. If you would rather not receive these please let us know so that we don’t disturb you.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises of the hair salon as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
